Yes, but the flange will not be flush. IBTanked caps are not recessed.

The f16 has a flange on the bottom (flat on 2 sides)

It looks like the smok XL cartos are flanged too. I ordered 10 to be safe. I'm not sure how the Boge F16 cartos will be different. Any insight?

The filler is more dense in a Boge than the smok.

I prefer the flanged cartos because they're easier for me to refill the tank without making a mess and they assure enough air gets in for the draw.

That's just me, though. I've been too preoccupied to find an easier way to use the unflanged.
