will Boge & Smoketech cartos fit in all IBTanked & Phiniac tanks?

Sorry, I'm just a little bit confused with how the glass tanks work. Since I've started I've used stardusts and viva novas, you just switch the little head on those tho.
I know at phiniac you gotta buy your own cartos.
I don't really understand with glass tanks if the whole metal part in the middle is the full carto or what. & some tanks are different sizes, so I'm unsure if it is a 1 carto fits all type thing?

I'm using a smoketech in a IBTank right now, the cartos are short or long.

Carto's of any size will fit in a regular Phiniac tank. Now granted an xl will look a bit funny as the top of the carto will stick WAY out. Boge carto's that you self punch at normal size are the ones I use with my tanks. IF you buy a carto tank, do yourself a favor and get the filler tool. It's a little plastic piece fitting INTO the top of the carto helping you to slide it into the tank.

If you go to the Phiniac website they have very good videos on punching carto's and filling tanks. Bear (pun intended) in mind these techniques will work with ANY carto tanks.

The stainless steel cylinder inside a carto tank is the cartomizer. These are sold separately by zillions of vendors. A tank kit may include a cartomizer. Smoktech and Boge cartos are 510 connection and 9mm in diameter and come in standard and XL lengths for carto tanks. The standard and XL lengths are the same for both brands. They can be pre-punched with 1, 2, or 3 holes or not. Smoktechs can be flanged or not. The IBTanked carto tanks come in two lengths: one to fit XL cartos and the other to fit standard cartos. In addition, the glass tanks from IBTanked come in two outside diameters: 22mm is larger than 19mm and holds more juice. My 19mm XL tank from IBTanked holds 2 ml of liquid in addition to the 1.8 ml held by a Smoktech XL cartos.
