Title pretty much says it all, I ordered a number of flavors from happyvaper since I'm cheap and won't be buying much premade liquid, I read here that adding a little almond flavor makes them taste like a hard candy version, would Lorann's flavor do that, or is there another brand I could find at local stores(Vancouver Canada) that would do it without any chemically taste?

Also, what are people using as sweetners?

I'm not fond of LorAnn almond - but other people love it. I like the Capella Toasted Almond better. The only way to find out if it will do what you want is to try it.

I do add a bit of Ethyl Maltol to many flavors. It adds a bit of sweetness and some complexity to many mixes. It has a bit of a cotton candy or caramel note. I mix it with PG and with vodka. I use the vodka mix with I'm working with more VG and I need to thin the liquid. Otherwise I use it in PG.

Sometimes I will add a bit of LorAnn Cotton Candy or Marshmallow to add sweetness without complexity. It really is a balancing act!

Good luck!
