I was kind of afraid of that. I might have to go back up to 18mg for awhile longer. Question... do most people who quit analogs by vaping stay at a nicotine level for a long period of time or do they eventually go down? Maybe even to like 6mg or 0mg.

It seems to be a very individual thing. Some people find they can rapidly reduce to a low level. Others find they have to stick with a higher level. Some have no interest in reducing nicotine levels. Some find they need to reduce levels because they become less acclimated to the effects of nicotine or tend to chain vape (so they choose to vape lower nicotine, but use more liquid over the course of a day).

I started at 24 mg/ml. It was too much and made me swimmy headed. I switched to 18 mg/ml and stayed there for a while. At that point I started making my own liquids and gradually reduced to 12 mg/ml. I've been at 12 for a long time now. I might see if I can go lower, I might not.

I certainly think nicotine impacts TH. More importantly though; TH is affected by the ratio of VG & PG. More PG provides more TH. More VG provides more vapor. I've landed on 70/30 (PG/VG) at 18mg of nicotine. I can stretch to a 50/50 ratio with certain juices... I too believe that optimum Nic & PG/VG ratios varies by person. What I find to be "perfect", might be un-vapable to some.

Everything Spaz posted.... I'm down to 6...but I vape almost continuously if I am awake. I still OD my self now and again (Dream BT804 blows my head off) but not as often as I did with the higher levels.

Depending on your device(s), you might be able to warm the vape a bit or increase the density of the vapour, both can mimic a higher nic throat hit.

Have fun
