Im confused and Im sure there are others out there. First of all I have to say the VIvi Nova is an outstanding little device, easy to set up , fill and go. I now have 3 of them and various different color tanks and aluminum tanks.
Now, Im confused, I want to know which is the official actual version 2.5? I got my first one and it came with the short wicks, wonderful it vapes hard and great taste.
Got my second one, different packaging, it had the name VIVI NOVA on the black box with the image of smoke on it, first one didnt. I open it up and it has long wicks, no problem, seen some reviews and it gave the reviewer( one of the PBusardos) no problems and they loved it. So I filled it up and darn it if it didnt vape well, hardly any vapor and the taste was so muted it was like vaping unflavored juice. Looked at it and compared it with my first one and saw some big differences. Center post was shorter, head was longer. It didnt have the little , how to explain... the little soft cup like things around the wire wick?(not talking about the silicone cap) and it also had one long wick right across the top of the opening, it was unattached, just sitting there as if who ever assembled it left one out and said , oh well , I will just put it on there. I was able to return it with no problems.
I was curious so I found some at another site( these were selling out at so many sites) that had the short wick versions, they came in and they looked exactly like the first one I had. Filled them both up and perfect. Heads were the same, wicks the same, center post the same. Which version is this one?
I wanted to let you know that the site that sold me the one I had to return (long wick one, with funky left over wick) sent me an email apologizing about the VIVI i sent back. They said that the supplier the ordered from had sent them the Version 1.0 instead of the 2.5 or 2.0. I guess since the VIVI nova had such great reviews and everyone wanted it, they didnt notice. I wonder how many other vendors have the 1.0 and either dont care because they are dirt cheap because they had leaking and wicking problems, or might not know they were sold the older one.
If anyone can show a picture or video of the official genuine VIVI nova 2.5 I think I , and many others would love to know so they can make sure that they are getting what they are ordering. All I know is that the short wick version I have is wonderful , excellent and I have not stopped using it since I got it about 3 weeks ago.
