Tell me it ain't so! I thought (haha) kids were raised at 18 when I had them. For my boys, they lost sense at 17 and regained some normality around 21. So maybe kids are raised at 21, I thought. Nope. 25 came and went. Nope, still moving home from time to time and turning college into a career. When they turned 30, one of them had 2 kids by then and he's still buying motorcycles at age 36. The other one is finally grown, married with a good career at 32. Would have lost the bet on him at 17.
Our job was done until they started procreating! Now, it takes a village and apparently we are some of the village people. YMCA.
I dont think you should ever grow up. Sure, life throws us all a curveball from time to time, and at some point everyone has to make 'adult decisions', but youthful enthusiasm and curiosity goes a long way when it comes to personal health, both mental and physical.
