will this make my ego different?

so i have been reading and reading, asking questions and gotten answers... i have an ego and want less refilling during the day. if i get a larger capacity cartridge, do i have to use a different atomizer?
these 2 are the ones i have in mind:

Yes, you have to use the larger sized atomizer with the larger carts.

Yes you would need both of the items from your link. Also just wondering have you tried any cartos?

i tried the cartomizer that came with the unit and...blah!! almost no vapor, had to suck like an electrolux...yeah not good. i also suspect the cartomizers wouldnt be able to be refilled near as many times as opposed to the the other combo.

I have those for my eGo and love them. They are great as far as less fiddling with juice but you do need to make sure you keep them nice and wet.

I used the mega LR/RR "cylinder" type atty's on the ego bats and had to top them off frequently as with most carts I am aware of (and they leak). I bought a mega drip tip for the LR cylinder atty and keep it as back up.
