I was one of the 2nd Place Winners in this contest, and STILL haven't gotten my Prize yet!!!

At first they were slow to answer my emails, but now aren't even bothering at all... and the PM I sent on Facebook went totally unanswered...

I wonder if this is how they treat ALL of their customers?? And/or prize winners... who could be a potential customer??!!
