I am not associated with Smoant. Yes that is from the Smoant rep. You can verify the email address from Smoants website directly.
I can see your response now. The forum is acting weird again.

Looks like it is not going to happen. Make things so difficult people wont want them. Says a lot about the company. They think were are fools to send them personal Photo ID to do with as they please. NO THANK YOU! not with my personal Photo ID they wont be! Wife worked in the banking system for 30 years and I am a little smarter than that!

Please don't blame the company. It's the FDA regulations, not Smoant's, that require proof of age. And we all agreed to the terms when we entered the contest.
is it being mailed from US? I am not United States. That is your rules not mine. Never once have I had to use ID.
I have had to submit a copy of an ID to order vape products from well respected online vendors to validate that I was over the age of 18. Government regulations, not the companies.
I don't particularly like exposing my actual identity online. I prefer to remain anonymous generally.
In instances such as this though it's perfectly fine.
I only started using my own first name in my ECF avatar a couple of months ago (because i think it looks totally cool).
