Did you guys have to be at home to sign for the package? DHL's message wasn't clear. I hope they will just leave the package on my front porch if I'm not at home.
DHL always makes me sign no matter what they deliver here. Ups and fedex are instructed to leave my crap on the doorstep no matter what.

I just fill out their signature release form (on their website)--you never know with e-cig shipments...

I just had the same problem with a DHL delivery. I had told them to just leave the package at the front door, but then got an email saying delivery was attempted and no one was home. I was home. So I contacted DHL and lodged a complaint and said they could not have come to my house since I was at home at stated 'attempted delivery'. The rep told me to also place a note on my door that is was ok to leave the package without contact with me. So I finally did get it the next day,(still put note on door) but still had to sign for it. Unneeded stress if you ask me.

I waited at home and it arrived about 1.30pm.

Can't remember which courier it was now but in the past one time these guys tracking included regular text messages which updated every time the courier had made his next delivery. So they would give me an idea of how long it will take for my item to arrive saying for example "3 deliveries before arrival".

To me this is the kind of tracking they should all be using. Tracking which tells me which day it will arrive is kind of helpful to a point but it is still pretty useless really. It means i can't leave the house until they've arrived. Don't know about you but i have things to do most days.

My parcel was shipped on the 25th and arrived on the 28th. That's pretty good going. The flight time was only 4.5 hours.

Mine magically appeared on my front doorstep while we were having dinner, it was dark outside, and the DHL courier just left it without even knocking. Took me a few seconds to figure out how to open the battery door, I didn't have my cheaters on  I slapped a couple brown LG HG 2's in it and set it to a whopping 8 watts!

I should probably get a good couple hours out of them two cells at eight watts, no?! Lol

Thanks much Oliver, and Smoant for the cool new toy:thumbs: :)

Yes. It does move from side to side a little.
You can put a couple of small strips of double sided sticky tape on both sides or maybe top and bottom on the back to stop that if it annoys you. I don't actually mind it on my Smoant, but I used a strip on my Switcher to keep the replaceable case from falling off every time I opened the battery door. Works great.
