Anyhow, I think these peppers are pimento, they look like pablanos but the plants were not long and woodsy, more bush like, thoughts?

Mine are pretty good if I must say so myself.Others in the family must agree cause they are usually the first to go.
P.E.T.A.Well, personally I find recently deceased cow (or pig, or chicken) parts grilled (or broiled, or baked, or roasted), absolutely mind meltingly good for my soul and we'll being.
Heh, the day I quit smoking I had a thick juicy steak that may have been still mooing. Ate it with a grin.
To each his own...

You might know better than I, had seeds from last year I thought were the pimentos from last year, but I have sheep tons of seeds which look very much alike. These peppers are the last of the year off the plant, none the less they are much shorter than I would think a cubanelle might be.Hmmm... cubanelle peppers?
Yea, they are not hot at all, taste a bit too green, all year they did.
You have been missing out on one of life's simple pleasures, scones are heavenly when done right. They go so well with a nice coffee or tea, I'm more into teas myself.I've never eaten a scone..

Honey butter. It's oddly one bread I've never made. I make homemade pita, dinner rolls, buns and yeast and quick breads of all kinds.
But scones just seem so much like flavored biscuits that I've just never bothered to try them. I do like a nice buttermilk biscuit with fresh honey and a coffee though! That's nice!
Okay that answers the crumpet question but what are locks? I always hear on TV about People in New York ordering Locks and Bagels. Do they actually have to lock up their bagels to keep them from getting stolen
So are they locking up the bagels or are they locking up the salmon? I'm confused, I do love smoked salmon but not enough to lock it up.Lox is salmon that has been lightly salt cured and then smoked. So.. just basically smoked salmon..
Mmmmm... nothing like fresh warm bread straight from the oven, but I love beignets sprinkled with a little cinnamon sugar or sopapillas drizzled with honeyIt's oddly one bread I've never made. I make homemade pita, dinner rolls, buns and yeast and quick breads of all kinds.

^^ I do recommend you read the above article.
Thing is, all things are fine so long as you employ moderation. Fats are necessary and beneficial - in moderation. Sugar is fine - in moderation. There are times your body needs both these things.
A good doctor won't tell you this or that is bad, but will rather caution moderation and teach a healthy diet and exercise program.
Vaping instead of smoking is a positive step for anyone seeking a better alternative to the smoking addiction and a way to get off the smokes - whether they eat "animal fats" or not. You can't even consider exercise when you can't breathe.
If I take the empty cereal box from the kitchen table to the bin, it's nap time![emoji6]I eat meat everyday !.
I also exercise for 3 hours a day too !.
I used to cycle up to 6 hours a day, believe it or not !. From my home to brighton (roedean) along the A259 cycle paths and back again.
Now, i simply cannot be bothered so i use a much lower gear, 3 hours, cycle locally and pedal twice as fast and only have to traval about 20 miles'ish at about 7 miles an hour, any more casual and i'd nod off. Still burn the calories, no effort at all !. Anyone could do the same thing using a Turbo Trainer, "sitting" in their living room watching tv. It's just a case of moving their legs, no real effort needed, none at all !.
I know this one guy, perfectly nice guy, works as a cladder. He drinks about 12 cans of fosters a day, eats fried food every morning and loads up on cholesterol every evening (he loves making gravy with juices from joints). He weighs about 19 stone. He smokes constantly, anything he can get his hands on, as well as anything else !. As a friend, as friends do, i suggested he cut down on his cholesterol, he took no notice. But now he can't say no one ever told him. I was just trying to be a friend !. He's 47.
Another friend of mine's dad had the same lifestyle, he was 72 when he died, not a bad innings considering, he died right in front of me in his kitchen.
It's difficult to bring subjects like this up without anyone taking exception assuming they are being patronized.
My previous post was about Jamie oliver and his fundamental contradiction. How he makes a big splash about sugar but not a single word about the things he regularly suggests people should eat. I suppose he's far too busy making himself look silly.
