Hello, I just want to say first that I am glad Provape has responded favorably to the OP's issue. I wasn't sure if I should start a new thread but I am having kind of a similar issue. The (acrylic?) window on my Provari is feeling, how to say, spongy. I just noticed this today. It doesn't feel broken or loose, but it so happens, due to its placement, that my thumb is on it sometimes when pressing the button. Anyway, I felt the screen move inward today while vaping and I was very alarmed.
Is something like this normal due to the material it is made out of? I just worry that it may be an indication that the window could be damaged of failing. I LOVE my Provari, it has been the perfect vape since I got it about 3 months ago. Just wondering if anyone else has had an issue like this or should I contact Provape about it? And my apologies if I should have started a new thread.
