Anyone see where I parked the car? Its the white one with 4 wheels.

Doesnt help very much does it?.

As said you need to know the size of the coils, gauge you want to use, number of wraps, what kind of power you want to run it with etc..

Steam engine, as mentioned is a good coil builder.

Thank you 93gc40.thats the answer I was looking for instead of sarcasm! I appreciate your understanding of my question. I know there are apps for that kind of thing, I was just looking for a simple answer

There is no simple answer. I was nice only because Thrasher beat me to the Car question. Fact is I can make you a .2-.3ohm coil from almost any wire you hand me. 1 wrap of 32 on a 1/16" id will give you .3ohm, Of course it would result in smoke not vapor, but it would be a .3ohm coil.

Take the steam-engine suggestion. Learn about things like Heat Flux and Capacity, they are what will really determine the correct wire. Read the blogs by StateOflux and baditude and mooch and a few others.
