I need the "modders" to get to work and develop a way that I, (and everybody else that has them), can use "cut" or "removed" clearo's to rebuild my MAP tank. You see, I was so thrilled with the clearo, (the first one I used, for a month), that I ordered a gross of the things. Who knows why, prolly my paranoia over possible banning. Or, just the fact that I'm a cheap sob, and tend to bulk buy everything. My best way out is to somehow use um. Prolly best way is in the MAP. If it's just a matter of Clearo being a slightly smaller diameter, seems some bright modder could find a filler barrel that would allow them to be used in the MAP. Hell, if you want, don't give the thing away. . .I for one would buy a good adapter solution. And I suspect there's thousands of people that are being stuck with Clearo's that may likely migrate to the MAP/mini MAP.

Cheers,

I did...the clearo base w/ the o-ring is slightly smaller than the OD of a standard CE2 casing tube, and it's the same diameter as the inside of a 510 atty/carto tube. So, get out your tube cutter and cut a 1/2" piece of carto/atty case tube and use that as a bushing to make the clearo seal into the base of the MAP tank. Problem solved!

Wonder what would happen if you just used a proper sized O-Ring around the base of the clearo and shoved it in the bottom Delrin cap on the maptank ? just brainstorming here a bit, I will have to try it, I have a tone of the danko O-Rings this could be a solution possibly
