Now, hold on, just a minute. When all that stuff is put back into the black mesh organizer thingy, you won't notice a thing. Except the TP and the mug of whatever. Now, get crackin'!!!

Question to you: What would rather have?? That "mess" or an ashtray full of butts?????????

... SMH This is my first and LAST cat I will ever own. We definitely have a love/hate relationship!
I see the mistake in your logic. You believe you own the cat. This is a common mistake and one which I am sure the cat will rectify soon.
On a note that might actually be helpful, Mix 1/10 ammonia with 9/10 water in a spray bottle. When the cat messes with your stuff just spray it in the face with that mixture. Just strong enough smell to annoy them but not strong enough to do damage to a full grown cat. Also, Nerf guns work wonders. My cats flee in terror from the sound of a nerf gun being cocked.

LMAO! Oh, he definitely owns the place as much as I don't like it! I will give the ammonia a shot. The water bottle I have with plain water which he doesn't like but it doesn't stop him from doing it again. He is MUCH worse than a child I tell ya! Going shopping for a nerf gun...

LOL, that desk looked neat to me... mine is 10x worse and I don't even rebuild!

FYI on the anti-cat mixture--I have lived my entire life with them so if the ammonia works, more power to you. However be careful with where you spray it, because cats as you know like to mark their territory, and if you clean with or otherwise use ammonia it's like ASKING them to mark over where you sprayed. That's another reason why you shouldn't rub their noses in their messes, because it basically reinforces them to keep doing it.

My wife got so tired of my desk that she bought and assembled a 6 drawer chest that now sits beside the main desk to house most of my tools, spares etc.

The desk is still a mess, but a manageable one and i can at least find things i want on it. She can also have her friends to visit without them thinking she married Dr Frankenstein.

    Here is half my desk:

Oh hell, forget the ammonia! I don't need THAT problem too. He is ok as long as I don't leave anything for him to get into...

Sorry for the off topic.... you can all now get back to your messes! :vapor:

My buddy is "snipped" so marking has never been a problem for him. We used the ammonia mixture when he was young and it worked a treat. I have moved on to the Nerf Gun threat because I like Nerf Guns. Best of luck

We had a spayed female that sprayed. I have a neutered boy who used to leave puddles by the front and back door. Thank god they're sealed wood floors and easy to clean and don't leave a stink! You just never know what will set them off -- I think we're pretty much over that now, but sometimes you just have to do whatever works! :)
