you can make your avatar 150 pixels by 150 if you are a regular member as a supporting member you can go up to 200 x 200 pixels

I guess I'm just confused because the one I had previous to the current one was bigger. Not as big as some of yours, but definitely bigger, kind of like Liscab's. So I'm not sure how that happened.

It could be whatever site you have it hosted at (assuming you're hotlinking it and not uploading direct to ECF). some image hosts will re-size during upload and others will only hotlink a thumbnail. If you have it hosted externally and the image you uploaded is larger than what is displayed, try using a different host and see if that helps

EDIT: if you aren't hotlinking and had uploaded the image directly to ECF, then this doesn't apply, of course

try to create a new one but not bigger than 150x150 pixels or 5 kbs , if it is bigger the forum can deny it or automatically re-size it

Numb, if created correctly, your avatar should be 150 x 150 (same size as Killjoy's).

try to download the pic as large as possible to your computer and then let ecf downsize it to the approved dimensions .....

lis and katya are correct - your avi should be 150x150 not 49x63
