Try the threads on nicotine extraction from tobacco.
Some are more elaborate methods to obtain purer nicotine crystals.
But some are easier methods that just produce nicotine suspended in water, adding a tobacco flavor to your juice as well.

Maybr try letting the tobacco steep in hot water, filter with coffee filters, then boil the tobacco water to boil away excess water.

Can't imagine the amount of cigarettes needed for the extraction?? IMHO doesn't seem worthwhile at all..

If you're really into such interesting ende avours.. a 50g bag, sorry brick of good shag like Drum or van Nelle is only about 17 Northern Dollars. Should be a little more worth it for any budding chemist.
To those of you trying to extract nicotine from tobacco, just be very careful. It can be fatal if done wrongly. I suggest you just forget about it. I'd rather risk getting fined than my life just because of nicotine.

Yes. I've never tried it myself. But I WAS interested and read and read and read and researched and researched and then read more. Shelved the idea in the end. PLEASE DO RESEARCH AND READ UP MORE BEFORE ATTEMPTING!

Extracting nicotine is just for advanced DIY folks who want to put a nicotine kick into their recipes.
Seems difficult as hell. I rather stick to getting them across borders if I really needed nicotine in my juices.
Ohhhh i second that. If only its legal here like in the states. The u.s government finally screwed tight on their loose bolts knowing that they could make money outta legalizing weed instead of sending the users to jail. Whats best is that all you need there is a green card from your doc and you're good to go! Haha. We can only dream about it happening here. Heck, iam pretty sure it won't happen in this lifetime.
