Hi All

As a recently ex smoker turned vaper (1 week) I was wondering if I should expect any withdrawal activities in my body. Everywhere I see - they only mention nicotine withdrawal. But vaping gives me my fix of nicotine. Does this mean I shouldnt expect any coughs, headaches etc that are mentioned on the other sites?

I so far haven't gone through any.

But did notice a slightly better breathing (when running I dont get winded so easily than before)

Thanks in advance for your responses.

A week or two after quitting smoking, you are likely to experience a period of coughing as the cilia in the lungs start doing their job again. This doesn't happen to every ex smoker, but is one of the more common withdrawal symptoms. It's a good thing, but not especially enjoyable. There are other symptoms that may pop up in the first month.
