So, I had my fiancé place an order for me on Wizard Labs and since it was my first order with DIY stuff I didn't tell him all the right info. I forgot that I wanted a spearmint flavoring and later decided that I wanted 36mg instead of 24mg. John from Wizard Labs upped the nic for us to 36mg and added a spearmint flavoring all free of charge!!!! I was so shocked that he did all this for free. That is incredible service. Plus, we placed the order early Sunday morning and he will be shipping it out tomorrow. I am sooooo impressed with his customer service and look forward to doing business with him in the future!!!
