Lots of vendors talk customer service. John/wizard labs gives customer service.
Don't want to bore you with all the hoopla...so...cliff notes version.
Tried to place order...could not check out.
Tried repeatedly.
Contacted cs at wizard labs....on a Sunday...reply in like an hour.
.emails to and fro...bending over backward/going extra mile on johns part.
Moral of story...VERY happy first time(probably long time) customer.
Lots of vendors pay lip service to cs...john apparently just does it. Without a doubt the best vendor/customer experience I have ever had as far as vaping transactions go...and quite possibly the best merchant/customer transaction I have ever had.
