I recently ordered several flavorings from WL and very impressed with the selection, delivery, and quality of thier products. One of the packages I received from them had one bottle with a loose cap and leaked some juice (maybe a 0.5ml). I contacted them to basically suggest they check thier bottles prior to delivery. They emailed back asking what flavoring was leaking, apologized, and stated I would have a full replacement in the mail. They also included a free 3ml sample bottle of another flavor and pipete in my initial delivery. I will order from them again.
