Thanks for reassuring me guys. Yeah, the reason I got so much to start with is money is going to be very tight for me until the new year so I needed to order a lot of juice for cheap. I'm going to make a bunch of really small batches to start off, let them steep and try to find something I can work with. I'm also going to use this to slowly lower my nic. It'll be a lot easier to lower it a mg every few weeks(i'm already vaping 6-12mgs MAX so i'm not too far off). One of my New Years Resolutions is to be completely 100% off nicotine some point in 2013. Since I knew I wouldn't be able to afford juice in the next few weeks I figured buy a bulk DIY order while I can afford it.

I have enough nic juice coming to make 720mL of 10mg juice, but since a lot of it will be between 6 and 8mgs I will be able to make even more! I also have like 10-12 different 1dram vials of Loranns stuff I picked up a while back when I experimented with mixing a little bit of 0mg juice so I should be set, but even if I run out of flavoring and can't afford any at the time I am still cool with vaping unflavored. Just trying to get through the holidays at this point because I want to do something very special for my family this year (no i'm not sure WHAT yet but i'm trying to think of something)!

Yeah I was actually wondering if there was some sort of issue there because the stock seems to jump around a lot, very rapidly. It's what kept me from ordering so many times because every time I wanted to place an order 2-4 of the things I wanted were out of stock.

sometimes you really gotta do it quickly.. if not you will miss your chance.. the thing is that once WL re-stocks in the lab, they add the amount to their generator on the online store and people buy until the number drops to 0... once its at 0, it will have an "out of stock" notification. you just have to be on top of what you want to get it... especially when it comes to high demand DIY supply's and flavors.. same goes for other sites like Alien Visionz.. you want that GJ or BB juice.. you gotta be on top of it.. and you also have to check other sites... other people sell TFA but not as cheap as WL... your gonna be saving money with WL. the best thing to do is make a note of your next order.. and be sure of what you want.. then when you see them go back in stock... snatch em!!! lol

sense you were grabbing all those tobaccos and your just starting out... i wanted to say something... please make sure you try and have some patience. because the tobaccos havvvvveeee to steep... foreel like 3 weeks for it to be delicious... mix at low percentages... and not like me.. i mix commercial tobacco at freakin 15% because im crazy like that.. but man let me tell you.. its hard to just forget about that juice you made and stuck in the cabinet.. but after your 3 weeks pass.. or month.. its well worth it.... you dont know how hard it is for me not to vape this stuff i have in the pic below.. even though i have given in to the RY4 in the back there.. because i just cant take it.. i love that ry4.. (after 3 weeks..) please give that ry4 3 weeks.. you can try it before if you like so you understand what im saying.. youll see..

Bah, can't say for sure until they come in, but, I am enjoying this Black Honey Tobacco very much. And I vape it on day one of the mix I refuse to wait weeks to vape my juice. I'll give it a couple of days, and most of the time if it's completely unvapeable at that point, I don't see it changing that much a week or three later

ok LEVI, experiment time... (that black honey tobacco is niiiice btw)

mix 2 big batches of the black honey tobacco.. both at 20ml.. if its possible.. at whatever % you want.. hold on to one of them for vaping all you want... and the other.... place it in the cabinet in the kitchen with the top off for 24 hrs... then the next day put the cap back on and fahgetaboutit!!!! wait 2-3 weeks... to vape it again.. youll be fine because youll have the "same" black honey tobacco mixed up rightttttt????

after those 2-3 weeks.. i promise you that you will enjoy the older batch much better than the one you mixed and vaped right away.. and you will notice a significant change in taste.... annnnnd you will mix another 20ml batch to let steep again or even longer???

i suggest you do what i posted up here^^^^ with double ry4 because its the only one i have steeped for a month or more with significant change in taste... for the better.

i know 2-3 weeks seems like forever, but you got a busy schedule.. you should be alright.. it was hard for me to not touch .. i have to be honest but its worth it.

Here's my thing. I notice that steeping helps a lot of folks enjoy their liquids, and I'm all for everyone having a good time with their liquids. However, call me spoiled, but, I have purchase e-liquid for over a year in which it was good and ready to go at the mailbox. Perhaps, without me even noticing (since I purchased it in 100ml amounts) the flavor could have been improving during the few weeks the bottle lasted. I dunno. Didn't matter to me, because, I loved it fresh, and it was excellent.

Now, with that in mind, I hold the same standards for my own blends. To some, it may seem odd that I wouldn't want to wait 3-4 weeks if it truly made that much of a difference in flavor. But, I don't believe that it should be necessary, and so far (with what I've mixed), it hasn't been. But, that's the greatest part of DIYing. You only have one person to please, yourself

I would take you on on that challenge of the steeping. However, I want to wait on these new flavors tomorrow before mixing any more blends at this time (bottle shortage! more coming tomorrow )

Ahhh you guys are making me jealous. That was the other thing I had in my cart that was out of stock when I tried to order. The bavarian cream and black honey tobacco. Oh well, I ordered honey and tobaccos, maybe I can recreate my own.

Edit: While I will be letting most of what I make steep for a while(I always steep any juice I get that's fresh mixed) I will be vaping some of it right away as my stash is quite low these days on the juices I really like. I probably have 150mL's of stuff that i'm not big on (I still have a bottle of Dekang 555 and Hangsen RY4, both bought for times like this when I blew my budget and i'm short on cash) that I will try to vape as much as I can but still, i'm sure i'll dip into some of it. I also do the 2 bottle trick as well when I get juice(I never order just like 10-30mL's at a time, I get at least 100 or more) so i'll be fine. Thanks for the input everybody, I feel much more relaxed now knowing I made some good choices, even if a few I wanted were sold out. I will have enough for at least 800-900mL for 86 bucks? WOW if I end up liking DIY I see myself going this route from now on.

The reason I got such a wide variety is i'm going to try to find a couple blends I really like, that way I can buy the flavoring in bulk directly from TPA in the future for a lot cheaper and continue to get the rest of my supplies at Wizard labs since I hear their nic base is very clear and pure, not that I won't keep getting some flavors from them!

boom there's your answer.. maybe it was already steeped before it arrived to your mailbox??? and of course it was steeping that whole time you were vaping it... think about how long you were vaping that 100ml bottle.. try to remember that last drop you vaped from that 100ml bottle and try to compare it to the first drop you tasted when you got the bottle in the mail...

i know what im asking you to do is ridiculous lol... but ok.. to each his own levitas... at least steep a 3ml bottle or something... humor me.

phreaky.... you will create it if you find out what tobacco they use for that honey tobacco.. it might be costly but fun.. trying to figure it out.. hell, look at the thread about recreating the GJ juice... were going crazy lol.. but im sure you can get it eventually.. or something very close..

but you cant recreate it if you dont know what it tastes like.. its the same struggle i have going on recreating the GJ juice.

but still.. be happy my friend... you got that double ry4 coming.... you gonna have a goooood time...

Yeah the reason I ordered the ripe banana is that I want to try my own banana tobacco juice. I'm not going to try to replicate GJ, though i've followed that thread closely, because due to my VG sensitivity issue i've never tried AVE juices. I'm just curious about the possibility of a banana tobacco flavor. Maybe with a spot of brown sugar added. I've been considering lately ordering a 6mL bottle of Boba's, GJ and a few others just to have been able to try them since I wouldn't be able to vape it for more than a half a day or so max. I wish they would mix higher PG content juice for those of us that can't vape large amounts of VG, because it really sucks not being able to try what is basically the most popular eliquid of all time without pretty much getting sick, even if it would have a slightly different flavor. Oh well...

Ah, but the blend I speak of was Boba's Bounty. I could be wrong, but, I don't think they even had the resources to have premixed bottles of juice (plus they say that they make it fresh).

Either way, doesn't matter. I'll do exactly that, humor you that is. I will mix a couple tobaccos tomorrow, 5mls each, and set it aside with the date on it. I will, of course, be testing the flavors fresh, as I always do. Come 3 weeks from the mix date, I will retry them (without even thinking of trying them until then), and I will post my results fresh vs. 3 week steeped. I might even record a video of the tasting for ya.

I firmly believe, that even when the juice is fresh, that I can taste it and figure out if it's going to work or not. Sometimes I might give it a day or two, tops. However, I am not so stubborn as to think there is not a possibility of this being the case for me personally. Therefore, I will attempt this steeping experiment, and if I agree with ya guys, well then that's just swell. If not, the world will continue to spin just the same

Ahhhh, I see. I thought there might be a technical glitch and I might have actually disappeared.. LOL

I have been following the thread and I've been vaping the Boba's I purchased from AVE. I want to give a good fair judgement, and not the hasdty one I had thought to let you all in on. I do have to say that my opinion has varied greatly over the week I've been vaping it.
I will give my final opinion in the next few days. I'm sure everyone will value that opinion greatly and are waiting with bated breath for the great "Boba's Pronouncement" from a first time reviewer.

I get almost cold like symptoms. My lungs get real congested and I start coughing a bunch of junk up, and also my throat gets coated with it too. My throat even gets sore sometimes, and I get congested. It sucks.

Same here..I normally do 80/20 PG/VG. Thought I'd drop down to 75/25 to see, and BAM! Just that little drop made me all phlegmy and gloppy. We must be in the minority
