I placed a second order with John at wizardlabs.us. This guy is the exception to the rule. He has really gone out of his way with customer service. He spent alot of time in email answering several questions I had. His packing is second to none that I have ever seen. Sealed bottles, bubble wrapped, then in a sealed plastic bag, finally bubble wrapped again (you could litterally kick the package all the way home from the post office and it would be just fine). The only problem at the moment they are moving to a new location (but this was noted on website clearly and in plain view so I was clearly aware of a possible delay). Which it appears with a move going on and whatnot he was still able to process my order in a timely manner. His prices are great too.
