Women's group moderator needed

Would anyone like to volunteer to take over ownership of this group? I'm the group owner at the moment and that gives me permissions to moderate and organise but I'd like someone else to take over please.

The group is great, no hassle so far and no moderating required so I think it's a pretty easy job. It's open to anyone who wants to be a member to so there's no invitations or applications to deal with.

If you don't want to volunteer yourself, can you think of anyone you'd like to nominate?

Sure Kate , anything to help...uhh.. where is the big stick? I won't need it I am sure as these are estrogen types, mostly non violent unless you mess with them. let me know where the switches and knobs are and where the big red "do not push" button is.

I'll swap the group over to you and you can get a feel of the switches and knobs then. I just worked it out as I went along but if there's something you want to do like lock a thread for example and can't work out how to do it then Lu or another admin will help you.

I'm not leaving but don't like being in charge of the group. I'm not very reliable or good with responsibilities and would rather someone else took over.

I'm also thinking of starting another social group and don't want to be responsible for two at once.

You should have received a message or something asking you to accept ownership, have a look at the notifications under your name at the top right of your page.

Got it Kate, I saw the bells and whistles, no worries. I ran my own social board for a long time, but people change and move on.
I think it was you who misunderstood, I NEED the jacket, need I say.
I do have a question, I host pictures on photo bucket for here so it doesn't mess with Smokey's bandwidth. Is there a better way? Maybe the albums here? Thanks to any one who can answer.

You can upload images to the forum from the advanced posting page and add them to posts as attachments.

I usually use Photobucket myself, it gives full size pics, the other way only shows thumbnails.
