Wondering how to contact virgin vapor

I am not sure if you need the 5 posts to post on their forum. If you do, just post up a quick 'hello' thread and answer a couple of people and you'll be there in no time.

Sounds weird to me, I have only ever read positive reviews of VV on the ECF... maybe they got slammed for black Friday or something.

EDIT - forgot to welcome you to the forum, maybe after you have sorted the issue you might stick around. Plenty to read, learn and laugh about around these parts.
 
My first thought was to post there as well, but don't have the 5 post requirement yet. All my previous orders with them have been extremely smooth and its probably just a small hiccup they had. I still would recommend them to friend but was just trying to get in contact with someone since I haven't had any luck with the customer support yet.

Also thanks for welcoming me. I've lurked the forums here since I started vaping and have found it extremely helpful for a newcomer.

Well honestly I am going through the same with a vendor I purchased from on Black Friday weekend. It's been 11 days now, and I've heard nothing.
I am trying to be patient - I know that whatever happens I will never order from them again - it's infuriating really... but I am pretending I don't care as like a reverse psychology just in case fate is watching.

I just want my juice man...

They're probably still slammed from Black Friday. I ordered from them once, during a sale, and it took a LOT longer for them to get back to me and for my order to ship (I was also wondering what was up with my order, so I tried contacting them) than it had when I ordered from them during a regular time, without a sale.

Thanks, that's probably the problem in my case. I just want to get in touch with them before it ships because I ordered it to my college address and will be home for the holidays and was hoping to get that sorted out.
