Hi all. Today marks one year since I started vaping and gave up cigs!!! I have not even had a puff nor wanted  to puff a cig for one whole entire year!!! There is no turning back!!! Its been great not waking up in the morning feeling like I ate a dirty ashtray!!! My cough is gone and I'm feeling so much better!!!:party::party: To all the newbies, STICK WITH IT YOU CAN DO IT!!! :)

Congratulations. :toast: Almost there myself. Man, it must feel great. What made you join ECF a year later? Sorry, just curious. vape on. :)

I did not know it existed. A friend of mine whom is really into the technical side of vaping told me about the site and I lurked around for a couple weeks and then made my account. I wish I would have known of it in the beginning as there is so much great information and people.

Mazel Tov, rotting_hell! I never had much of a cough when I was smoking - even through 30 years of it. But I do feel better overall (physically and psychologically), I can smell and taste things now that I barely could before, there's no chance of burning holes in clothing or furniture, I smell better, I don't need to hover over a stinky ashtray anymore, and so on...

I had a bad cough in the mornings and whenever I would get to laughing hard. When I quit with the cigs I was smoking about 3 packs a day, sometimes more. I was out of control! I had no idea what it was like to live without smoking as I started like an "idiot" about 13 or 14 years old. Its almost like a whole new world for me!

Way to go , bet you didn't think you would ever get there ?
Best wishes friend

Thanks! Once I started getting accustomed to the tanks, batteries and liquids and such. I knew I could make it work. I made sure to never run out as I knew in the back of my head I would go buy a pack of Red Cowboy Killers.

I wish I had been introduced to this website first, in the beginning I had no idea what would work together... all trial and error... At this time there was only one local vaping store and they are not very knowledgeable, they would sell anything to get you in and out.

No worries, I was a “late bloomer” here too. Took me forever to get here. Think it might have made me stronger in the long but would have avoided a lot of pitfalls had I found it sooner. Two weeks out still so can appreciate your enthusiasm. May you have many more vaperversaries!

And may your two weeks fly like the wind!! Congrats!!!!
