Nope. But Poeia is. And TV shows with gunfire. And bugs. And bottles. And lots of other things. One of the worst was the opening credits for Star Trek: The Next Generation. The second that shot of black space with just some stars started she'd start yelling. It would take 10 or 15 minutes to calm her down. I learned to watch the teaser then quickly flip to another channel for a couple of minutes and come back during the commercial before the rest of the show started.
ETA: Actually, the bottles thing is more hatred than fear. That's the category reserved for telephones and remote controls (although Annabella hated remotes far more than Poeia does.)
