I would put this up on the top of the page as a banner. You want more people to participate?

Give them a link to a thread ( a locked one so there are no replys)
First post, should be email adresses
Second post, Subject and Message body.

Yes, a template for what they should write ( I know people can write their own. But, you will get more people to send a message if they have something premade they can cut and paste then make changes to make their own.

I'm adding a few words to mine about "investigative reporting", because I'm tired of watching/reading reports that barely have half the facts presented. e.g. people vaping without nicotine.

It's just shoddy work.

Thank you, Elantis. I got the notification as soon as you posted your comment. Very good follow up I will search for the post you shared so I can continue to support the family. I think it would have a greater impact if more people "liked" and shared their comments. Some of my Facebook friends have found the post and shared as well.

I'd like to see if they delete your post or not, and if so, how soon.

So far they have not deleted my thread and after Elantis posted her comments they finally replied to my posting. They were kind enough to offer links to increased teen usage and their concerns regarding the long term use of e-cigarettes. I guess they don't get it or think I should follow them blindly... :/
