The list (HUGE List), that Dan was so gracious to give us, has a section called US Television Networks. It isn't a huge section like some of the others in that list. I think just taking that section would work. If anyone wants to look it over and see what they think. This isn't all about what I want, it's a collaborative effort. All input is appreciated.

Ok I've read through the thread and think I'm up to speed....

count me in.... I'll e-mail every email addy I get my hands on on Sept 19th...

I also asked my local vape shop if they had any plans, but I haven't heard back yet I pray they do....if they do I'll attend..
I'm also going to see if I can get my hands on a vaping T-shirt to wear on the 19th....

We REALLY need this to be BIG!! The world is trying to smash us, we REALLY need to show our numbers......

Well, just my 2cents, but I'm thinking KISS (keep it simple, stupid) should be our goal. Maybe hit only the top "newsy" networks, like ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX & CNN here in the states. It shouldn't take that long to verify current addies - I'd be happy to do that.

That would be awesome of you Charm! If you can and get back to me, I will post it in the first post. I can only edit the first post for a certain amount of time before I no longer have the capability. After that time has passed, only a Mod would be able to add anything. If it doesn't happen within that time period and I can't add it, I'm sure I could find a Mod that would

You can count WGAL out, they're our local NBC affiliate and the kinda folks manning their online presence aka. e-mails dunno the difference between a blackberry and fruit. I grew up next door with the son of their most esteemed anchor, trust me -- they're dim.

I was just discussing this with Mr. Robin. Maybe if we can just target an individual reporter for each major network. Someone we think might be sympathetic to an underdog issue. As he said, most reporters are looking for stories.
Example: Diane Sawyer at ABC news.

Im hesitant to say why because I don't want to throw this thread off kilter.

I mentioned big tobacco for a couple different reasons. First, big tobacco owns blu and they are the ones puting these commercials on TV. Then point the finger at the rest of the industry for having flavors. We've all seen the commercials. They are targeting someone but don't feel they are targeting anyone in my age bracket.

Second, I feel that they have a lot of money at stake and loose a fortune every day. My opinion only. I feel they help drive some of this negative publicity towards not me but all of us with money behind closed doors.

Third, if there were a glimmer of hope turning the tables back on them through the media. I would be doing backflips!

Like I said. I'm not saying I'm right. I'm more concerned with ALL of us using the same subject to show unity. Unity amongst evryone here is way more important to me than what words are used.
