Worried now about my Reactor Mega

Hey all, first post in a while just been an absolute lurker for ages! Hope I find you all well. I've been vaping pretty happily on my new Reactor Mega, only things I'm slightly miffed about are the battery life isn't really as great as it should be for 5000mAH, and I'm going through coils like crazy on the tank it came with-.-
However last night in my readings I came across a post regarding issues with the eleaf istick 50W exploding, and sure enough a quick google yielded quite a few results. I'm probably just being paranoid, but does anyone know if the reactor mega has the same issues as the reactor(/istick50)? When I tried to google it I just learned a lot about nuclear reactor explosions, lol. The thing that worries me is that apparently it can autofire even when turned off, is that true? And will it just one day down the line explode in my hand/mouth while I'm puffing away??

Can't help you with the Reactor mega but i have 2 istick 50w that have worked perfect for six months so far.If you are worried about autofire just take off the tank when not using it so it can't autofire.

Yeah, I mean I know it's incredibly unlikely in any scenario, but I just worry about these things.. statistics don't really apply to the individual it could always be you it happens to! & ofc everything would be fine, until it is not..
I'll try to make that a habit though, thanks! That will make it impossible to explode while just sitting there - off or on ? But still a risk while charging?

I turn mine off when i take the tank off to go to bed.It should not matter though,i can't fire without a tank on.As for charging guess there is always a risk however small with any mod.Try to be around when charging to keep a eye on it.I have read to not vape immediately after charging,let it sit for a bit.

Right on bro! I'll have to get out of the habit of taking one last puff before I pass out and just leaving the whole thing assembled and turned on right next to my pillow, lol..
