I finally got my 510 carto kit today. This is after abandoning my dse910 because their cartos were horrible and I heard such good things about the 510. It came with two manual batteries and 5 cartos (from madvapes) The cartos won't screw on all the way!!!!!!! Is it just something stupid that I don't know here or did they send me something wrong? Everything looks right?! Help! I've been waiting a week for this and its finally here and now I can't even vape on it. I filled up one carto, got it halfway on and tried and it was just really really burnt taste. None of them are threading on easily.

they look right. the carto has a male looking end and the batteries are the females. There is a little rubber thing under the center pole at the end of the cartos that I haven't seen in my older ones I don't know if that means anything. Madvapes is not scoring many points with me I ordered an adapter for my 901 to use 808 cartos and that didn't work. And now this.

You need to contact Mad Vapes. They will make it right. Besides if you didn't get the right colored leds that needs to be fixed. Cartos anymore are getting very sloppy on their threads. They are cast not cut threads and many people have been running into this problem including me. I keep an old adapter that I use with a pair of pliers to rethread the stubborn ones. I just work it back and forth until it works but if I were you I would definitely contact them.

so the charger isn't even doing anything to these batteries so i'm pretty sure they are not 501 batteries. hopefully madvapes will get the right ones sent to me quick. Analogs make me sick now and thats all I have! Only bad thing about vaping it hooks you and then if you are stuck with something that doesn't work regular cigs taste horrible!

btw the rubber thing i was talking about isn't the plugs on the ends of the cartos....i meant on the connector end of the carto around and underneath the center pole there is some sort of rubber looking stuff on each one. like the pole that you can screw to adjust the draw on the carto. its wrapping around that, doesn't seem removable. is that normal for a 501 cartomizer?

yes the rubber there is normal. not sure it is rubber but it should be there anyways. hope you get your problem worked out.

another thing i might add is my cartos do not screw all the way down to the end. they do most of the way but there is a gap for sure. i just screw them down until they are snug. if your screw them down to far you will push the battery connector down to far and will have problems getting other cartos or whatever to work. it sounds like you might have a different problem but i wanted to point that out.
