Great idea, just one quick note on the gift cards and prepaid debit cards as I have to take customer service calls on them every day. Make sure you find a card that doesn't charge a monthly service charge at any point. A lot of the prepaid cards out there will at some point start taking your money to combat using them as "savings accounts."

Read the fine print.

I agree, but as I have been a victim of credit card fraud, the few bucks I pay in fees is worth not having a cc that is linked to an actuall account. But that's just me.

It bites to be waiting weeks for something that never comes. I can get juice in the mail to you today and it shouldn't take long to get upstate!
