Ego-C — Questions before I buy

Hi all,
I've narrowed down my next PV purchase to an Ego-C. I currently have 3 Halo G6 808's batteries that are on their way out so I've decided to try something new… although I'll probably still order replacement G6's as well. Before I order I wanted to ask Ego-C owners (or Ego users in general) a few questions.

First, the Ego-C I'm looking at is at a vendor I've tried and had a good experience with so far, litecigusa.

I'm not so sure I'll like tanks but am willing to try them. I have kids so I don't want nic juice leaving a mess everywhere for them to come in contact with. So I'll need to order cartomizers. I've seen many posts regarding the recommended cartos for an Ego but I think what I should get are the BOGE 510 LR Cartomizers, is that correct? Would this be the best cartomizer for an Ego-C. I'm assuming cartomizers work on an Ego-C. If not, I would just by a standard Ego.

The ego-c is a c type tank atomizer on an ego battery. The 510 threaded/306 and any ego atomizer will work with them. If you don't like the tanks you've only lost on the atomizers that come with the kit. You can use your ego batteries like any other. Who knows you may like them.

Your choice in cartomizers is a good one. Just buy enough to try them out.

Thanks JuiceJunky. I ordered the ego-c kit and LR cartomizers. Just to be prepared when it arrives, do I need any type of adaptor for the cartomizers to fit on the ego battery? I assumed the ego battery is threaded to work with 510 cartomizers but just want to make sure.
