If you've read any of my posts I've been a fan of their RTAs from the original serpent to the serpent mini to the conqueror.
So I had issues with my Black Conqueror that I ordered from Wotofo directly, the tank came with a paint chip and a stripped screw hole (not the screw that stripped but the actual screw hole).
I was skeptical with Wotofo's after sales service at first due to a prior purchase of their Freakshow tiny mod...called and spoke with their Shenzhen office...the experience was an unpleasant one to say the least.
Long story short, Petal @ Wotofo sent me a 2nd black conqueror free of charge without even needing to return the first one.
I felt compelled to make a post about this since I have been rather biased and harsh about them before and also this is probably one of the better experiences I've had with a Chinese manufacturer / company.
