Would I benefit from an upgrade?

My mother is currently using Tritons and Tribeca.
I have tried different liquids, but she only wants Tribeca.
That being said, I would like her experience to be as good as possible.
I have been looking at the new Halo products and wondered as to the benefits of upgrading. Since I don't smoke, what do items like the Reactor bring to the table for a smoker that the Triton does not?
Keeping in mind that my mother has dementia and the Triton is about the limit of her ability to use - - - push the button and draw. Needs to be simple.
Do the coils on these new items last about the same as the Triton coils? Are you limited to buying coils only from Halo?
I am looking for information and suggestions at this time.
Thank you.

I wouldn't upgrade if she is happy with the Triton.

She may not even be able to use any of the Reactors. She may not do well with the extra vapor produced by the double coils. She may not like the airier draw. Halo recommends using the higher vg juice with these as well, and that may not be a good thing for your mother.

Your call, but if it ain't broke don't fix it. jmo.

The Triton has a draw that is more like smoking. It sounds like you should stick with the Triton for your mom. It is simple and easy.

I mostly use subohm equipment these days. But I also still use the Triton's that I started vaping on almost daily. Its nice to have that tight draw sometimes. And I don't see myself getting rid of them ever.

I have to echo the other's thoughts. With the Reactor, your not only getting into sub ohm, but variable watts/voltage. Once you get it set, you are good to go but it is a bit more involved than the Triton for sure. I love the Triton and use it daily but I mostly use the Reactor and Tracer because I love the flavor and vapor production. I think that if she is enjoying herself with the Triton, I'd stick with that. I also like the variable voltage Triton battery. Perhaps you could try that and see how she likes it. Since she uses Tribeca, she can set the voltage that is best for her. Also, I use the higher resistance Triton coils with the variable voltage battery and it makes for a tighter draw for me. But I don't mind. Hope she is well and happy!

If it ain't broke...

Hey, Doc.
Stick with what she likes.
The sub ohm stuff is not for her. I find that it goes thru juice at twice the rate, and I need to get it in much lower nic levels.

And the draw is very different. I'm not still into it, as it is an intense amount of vapor. Like sipping cream through a straw verses taking a whipped cream hit directly from the Reddi-whip can.

The only upgrade for her would be to a 900 or 1300 mAh Triton battery.

And we are very proud of her (and you). 22 months is GREAT!

:)
