You should be fine with 56mg as long as you use care. You want to avoid contaminating it with anything while mixing, and you want to be very careful that children and pets do not get at it or come near your mixing operations.

I would definately take care not to contaminate anything. The absolute last thing I would ever want to do is put anyone in jepordy.
