I would say true, always looking to perfect.

What would be your next step after you found perfection in the mix, would you stop there and go on to something else or would you think you can always get it better.

Again remember there is no right or wrong answer and I've been in your shoes and have worked on something obsessivly and found it hard at times to finally admit that it's as good as it's going to get.

I agree with that most excellent advice. I also stated that very same advice in response to a PM from that poster.

Just Me Personally.

I never liked the Idea of making a Flavored Test batch without Nicotine. My theory is Make the Test batch with Exactly the Ingredients that are going to be in the Final Mix.

Tweak it as Needed. Do Whatever you need to until it is what you want. But once you like it, all you need to is to Scale Up the Recipe to make Larger Quantities.

True. DIY'er is never satisfied with anything in my case. What ever DIY'er I do is never finished or always work in progress.
It's funny with me as I'm one of those people who eat anything, smoked everything and vape what ever I have. I don't buy any eliquid and started mixing still using Ego...
In general I try to use unflavoured 100% (or close) unflavoured VG but it is getting boring after a while so I try to make my own flavourings. But when ever I mix few ml for vaping, I always play with adding more of this or this or bit of the other. At the end I always end up with a mix I don't ever remember composition off and start over with completely different ingredients. It's fun and always surprising :) I'm sure that once I come up with this one flavour I'll stick to it. I only hope that I'll remember what I've used to make it

The best tool I've ever found for mixing is a pen and paper.

Good for you dannyv45, I'm not very organised and I think of starting to do it one day, so far I often surprise myself [emoji12]

Get the ejuice me up calculator. It's a great tool for figuring out your percentages and then just hit the save button and your recipe is saved for all time:)
