I appreciate your input. I did a forum search earlier and noticed that the NOW brand VG described within the previous threads were labelled as food grade. Even a google-fu didn't bring up an image or description depicting the brand as pharmaceutical grade, whereas my bottle clearly states it!

It's worth a test run. I'll mix a 10 ml bottle and see if I have a similar reaction to those who didn't care for it. I'm fairly new to the diy scene, and still finding what works best for me. :2cool:

Less than $3.00 per 30 ml bottle? Yes Please.

I don't think there is such a thing as pharma grade VG, the best you can get is food grade...they probably just label it as such to make it sound good, but if you like it, vape it :)

a good pharmacy ( that does mixing) will carry USP or pharmalogical grade VG.... altho a bit more pricey 9$ for 6 oz

Picked this up at a health food store. labelled as 100% VG and pharmaceutical grade.

Now solutions VG - Imgur

That one says skin care; plus it's in a plastic tube. I'm not seeing pharmaceutical grade on the picture.

Get some glycerin from the pharmacy in a glass bottle.

oh, you're in canada: look for B.P. grade at the pharmacy; british pharma.

Here's the same from WM with it's other label. I've used it for months now.

Thanks for the input everyone! I paid $12.00 for the 473 ml container. When I wrote < $3.00 for 30 ml I was stating the price for a DIY 30 ml bottle of e-liquid, not the VG. I'll try and limit the number of posts I make after I've had a few.

I have a question to those who have been using NOW vg for a while: Is your mind a bit at ease seeing "pharmaceutical grade" labelled on this new bottle, rather than the more often seen "food grade" designation?
