The only glitch is, which I never heard of, at the very end:
"None of these products are recommended for a long term use"
We are wanting to make recreational use of nicotine, as caffeine is used in energy drinks. No limits. That's a stumbling block for many people.
What states/cities have these mall kiosks? I live in Cincinnati Ohio and I haven't seen these...then again I haven't been to the mall in a while...
Isn't that Johnathan guy from Safe Cig the same idiot who put up the billboards challenging Obama to quit smoking?

It was a halfway decent segment. I don't know how we could conduct studies, and who actually funds and conducts studies, but one really does need to be done to shut the FDA down.
Another note--- that safe cig looks like the health-e cig I bought from china... for 11 bucks ... 100 bucks for a starter kit??? This is why they need some sort of regulation. Everyone on this forum knows that you can buy e-cigs cheaper than 100 bucks for a kit.
Obviously $100.00 for a starter kit is pricey but we do not need government regulating price! That is the last thing we need, is the government telling us how to run our businesses. Consumers have a responsibility to educate themselves before making a purchase.
So true. It's also true that there are people using FDA approved NRT as a long term source of nicotine. LOL, we just get to enjoy it.That's a true statement. And one of the problems e-cigs have is that they NOT short-term products to quit smoking. As an "alternative," they can be used forever. And there is not another approved nicotine product with that premise behind it.

I agree, and would say it was well done without qualifying as a local station, in that it was without the bias we see so much of, even from the national stations.Good piece, though. Nicely done for a local station, where we're used to getting all kinds of misinformation.
