I read alot, but don't post much. I can testify that they are as good or better than they were when I started in 2009. They always make it right, their flavors, batteries, carts, and everything else they sell are the best! If I had one wish it would be that they were in the Detroit area instead of the Chicago area.

I agree; my order that arrived today was shorted. I always hate to complain especially about a shorted order because I feel like the company may think I'm lying. However, I have ordered tons of times from V4L and spent over $1000.00 since January 2011 and my only previous problem has been a few misbehaving diamond batteries that were quickly replaced. So I put a support ticket in today and within 15 minutes, I received a friendly response that the shorted items would be shipped right out. That's really good service!
