i have to give props to V4l

lately i have been trying to enhance my vaping experience getting some flavors and products not avaliable at V4l. i had to try some fat bats and some higher voltage as well as other things.

so far i have not had the great experience i have always had at V4l. at V4L i have never had an incorrect order, and they have always replaced any defective products. not so much in the rest of the world of vaping. i have ordered fat batts from other supplyers that stopped working after one day that they refuse to replace or even answer emails to. another vender sent me a wrong order and sent me an email that they would replace product and send it to me. been 3 months and i am still waiting. a third vendor took my money for juice 2 months ago and i am still waiting on that.

once again i didnt know how lucky i was to have started with V4L, timley delivery, always fixes my problems, and always solves any product issues. you guys are great

Thats what Im talking about!!When people turn on V4L and make bash threads,Im like wait a minute,have you ordered from other ecig vendors??Ive had so many crappy experiences with bad liquid,Tuff,not replacing it,or bad batts,sorry 7day warranty.OMG!!V4L always answers emails and PMs and posts the phone # all over the subforum and sends cards so you can call them.I have several bus cards with no phone # from other vendors.Its insane.V4L is my fav for so many reasons.

i gotta agree with you. i started with V4L on a family recommendation and even recieved a started kit for my b-day. i haven't tried other vendors, but i have heard enough horror stories that i feel like i don't have to try them myself to learn the same lesson.

props to V4L. they do it right.

I have no need to look elsewhere. V4L keeps the customer satisfied. At least, this customer.

Same here! Can't believe how lucky I was to find this place because it made an absolutely wonderful experience! I am waiting on my 3rd order and I just started vaping ;p While I would love to try mixing my own juice, I am very much afraid of placing an order because of experiences like yours, fetasigma, without asking first what people in this forum recommend. For now, I will be content to mix up V4L juices and leave the chemistry set for later

I guess I am really lucky. I did my research and I started with V4L and have never needed or wanted to go anywhere else. I am glad for that because I see all the bad stories of other vendors, I am just glad i picked V4L!!

Indeed, JT, indeed! That's what stops my curiosity dead in its tracks! I had to take all of those chem classes and am simply itching to try to blend my own but another part of me says why bother? They have almost every flavor under the sun so I will try to content myself with blending V4L's juices and see what I come up with

I will say that I must be the luckiest as I have yet to have dealt with a bad vendor..or at least I have not had a poor experience with anyone yet....I must say though....by far I am happier with the products I have recieved from V4L....I am in love with the KR808.....and I am super happy with the prefilled cartos....can't wait to get some more of the sample packs.....and some nomnomnom refill juices....of course...I'm a junkie.....can't have enough....

I am also extremely pleased with V4L. I had one bad auto, got a new one immediately. That has been the only problem, and it was taken care of pronto. I think it cost me $1.19 to send the bad one back. All of my orders come in correctly, and who else throws in some freebies once in a while like V4L does?

I haven't bought juice from another supplier, as I am quite pleased with the variety and and quality of V4L juices. I did find need for a mod, I needed something with a bit more fire power, but I still use my manual 808's frequently and of course my PT's which have all been thoroughly reliable.

Now, as if that were not enough, the V4L folks are even around here on weekends! Then there are the great sales, and V4L prices are great to begin with.

I have dealt with many vendors on this board. They all treated me right and I have yet to have problems with any of them
But I have to say that Steve and Co. went above and beyond to make not only me but all of us into a family. Therein lies his success.
I stay and continue to do business because I LIKE it here. I also like the products and you dufuses.

+1 Fetasigma - V4L knows there are some things we want, but Steve gets samples and if they don't meet the requirements we don't get them. Lord knows I'd have a bunch of crap laying around from most any other vendor. On the rare occassions that the suppliers mess up they still take care of it. If USPS messes up V4L will still take care of it. Who else does that? Not many claim to and no others that I've done business with. I'm staying right here.
