Were trying real hard to push things out as quick as we can. Alot of times when we set the lead times, based on vendor estimates for say chrome plating, then our shipment arrives early, we do the happy dance, then get to shipping.

Can't wait!!I know what you mean I am sick and tired of Provape taking care of my needs, answering my questions in a timely manner and honoring their warranty as promised, even on a small issue. Oh, and selling THE best....well you know.

Yeah they lied to me too. Website said it would ship in 3-5 days, it shipped in less than 24 hours. It arrived today. I touched it for the first time less than an hour ago. I have no idea what I'm doing and I couldn't be happier.

gotta love the service at ProVape....I had some problems with my provari a while back, and kenny and friends, all jumped on the bandwagon to help out before I needed to send it back for repairs...turned out that I didnt need to ship it out, and it's still vaping strong
