That was lightening fast shipment and they sent a very nice handwritten note with advice on how to get the information on using the kit properly. They also charged the batteries for me so it could be used right out of the box.

I will say I am impressed. I have ordered from Wordup in the past and was very satisfied but I have to admit that for a contest, they went above and beyond.
