I am not affiliated with Mad Vapes in any way other than as a happy customer.

This just seems like a steal. I actually found it googling for something else. I tried to find it on the site without the link from google and couldn't. Well hopefully now they will sell out fast for them I think there is 9 left. Well if you buy tell them I sent you. maybe they will send me a free sample of Very Berry.

900Mah is like 6 510 batteries.

Neither here nor there
You're not seeing the same thing we are.
The way the forum is presented to you, you only see what you haven't seen yet, and since you started the thread it assumes you've seen it.
I tweaked my settings somewhere and now I see things like I used to.
Wish I could remember exactly how I did it.
Not much help, am I?
Anyway, thanks for the heads up on this box mod. I just got one ordered.

Hey cool, MadVapes rocks and when I saw this deal I thought I should pass it along. Pretty hard to beat that price. Did you see this in today's posts. I have already went and put the settings back the way they used to be and I still wasn't seeing it. I don't doubt they will sell out anyway. But hey, why not give back to the ECF members who all helped me out so much.

ps I think you tweek the setting under quick links someplace.

is that a safety vent on the back part, in the third picture?

Good observation.. It'll work like that but it's actually a shipping feature.. The boxes come intermingled and the switches poke into the slots so they can stack then with no loss of space. With a plastic box, not much chance of a blow out anyway.. hoog

Just an FYI for anyone who bought one of these:

I ordered a few of them and got them Monday. Long story short my wife managed to break one while it was riding in her purse. She said she didn't know how it happened but my guess is the atty somehow got force applied to it and the result was that the epoxy on the connector broke loose and came off in one big chunk. The connector got turned a little but luckily stopped just short of breaking the ground wire. She's been carrying a Bart the same way for months with no problems so I'm not sure exactly what happened...

Overall I like the build quality of these but I think the darker epoxy used to secure the connectors might be a weak point. I've reinforced mine with a healthy amount of 5 minute epoxy... enough to almost fully encase the connector. It might be overkill but I'm pretty sure it won't be turning loose again. ;)

Not knocking your mod, M.O.D.S.T.E.R. - just making an observation. My wife has a talent for breaking things that most other people lack. :)

i appreciate the feedback BanjoMan,...I need honest opinions to know how to make em better,... the dark epoxy is 4 minute j.b. weld,... i just switched to the locktite 5 minute clear that will be used on the next ones being made,.... sorry that happened,... i hope no-one else has problems,...but if they do, i hope they are as understanding and handy as you,... thanks

I've got some epoxy putty I bought at Home Depot called "AquaMend", but I haven't tried it on anything yet so I can't say how well it works. Hot glue might do ok, but I don't think Gorilla Glue would be a good choice (I'll let some of the mod builders here weigh in on that one). The Loctite stuff I use is reasonably inexpensive and works well, though...

Again let me stress that I don't know exactly what happened to the one my wife broke. It could very well have just been a fluke, so unless any other problems come up in the reviews here I wouldn't be too concerned about it. For the money this is still one heck of a deal. :)

I've been making these and although it takes 8 hours to cure, the regular JB Weld is ridiculously strong. I even had an atty burn out and melt the plastic cause of a faulty switch, and even though most of the plastic around the batt connector was gone the jb weld was solid as a rock.
