My name is Denise and I had my last real smoke yesterday. Ordered my kit online, it came over a month ago, but just got up the nerve to start it this past week. I came to this site looking for some information and let me just say WOW!! I'm more confused now that I was before I found the site lol. Hoping to figure everything out soon. I don't even kknow what kind of e-cig I have lol. Order a free trial off of .......... (I think that's the site. Got a spam email and decided to try it). So I guess I first need to see what I have to make sense of this whole site. . Good luck everyone and thanks so much for all of the info that's here!

The website or link you provided as to where you ordered your kit was removed. So I'm going to ...-u-me you ordered a kr808d-1 kit. The link I'm going to provide is a sub-forum just for those batteries. Check it out and see if this is the e-cig you have. Some good info on there too.

Welcome, looks like you probably joined the club like myself and many others here who basically got jipped with a free trial ecig. Since it's already a month old I would guess the trial is over and you can't return it, if you can I would. What's the fine print look like, are they going to send you cartridges automatically every month and bill your credit card. I ended up $300.00 in the hole till i got my free trial sorted out, they just would'nt stop untill they billed me a couple of months even though I cancelled multiple times. As you can see the name of the site is censored by ECF, tells you what they think of them.

You need to go and cancel that as soon as you can, because they are going to keep on billing you.

Let us know where you live and we might be able to help you find a local store.
If we can find you one, they can probably help you figure out what model you purchased.
