Hello, I'm new to the forum and the world of e-cigs. I've been lurking here for the past few days doing some research and finding TONS of helpful information.
I ordered my first e-cig (Vapor King) from V4L and received it today. I bought the Vapor King Mini PCC kit and after about an hour, went back to V4L and placed another order for more cartomizers and batteries! I can't believe how impressed I am with this device. It feels 99% like smoking a real cigarette. I'm 38 and have smoked since I was 18. I have tried EVERYTHING to quit and this is the first thing that I honestly feel will replace the analog in my life!

Just wanted to say thanks for the great info, and I will be reading and discovering more on this forum!

Hi skotsour! Welcome! Congrats on your new PV! There are so many of us here who have been able to quit by vaping. It's been life changing for me, plus a really fun and addicting "hobby". There is so much to try and experiment with. The biggest bonus is hanging out on the boards here and meeting so many great people.

While I can see this helping me quit cigarettes, I can see it fast becoming a big part of my life...I'm looking forward to it and meeting some like-minded, interesting people! I can say after just a few days reading, there are quite a few here...

I smoked for about 25 years and tried many times to quit. I lasted about 24 hrs. on a few occasions using the patch. After my first puff on my ecig; I instantly knew that this could work since it “felt” and simulated smoking very closely. I have not had a cigarette in about 3 months.

getting to hang out here on the forums with so many great people is the huge icing on the "vaping cake" for me... and it's kept me from caving during a few frustrations because there is always someone here to answer a question, have a conversation with, offer encouragement and support, and make you laugh
