Krazie sir they are very different flavors... Remember, taste is subjective... Imo the premium is sweeter and more minty (always compare it to a thin mint, others andes), where the wow is more like coffee with a slight mint aftertaste...
VERY different... Love the Premium.. it's my daily vape since Day 1.
VERY disappointed in the wow... tastes like some generic mint with coffee and stale tobacco to me. Got 1 5-pack of prefills to try it out, and never again.. YUCK.

just from my limited experience the Premium flavors have a more powerful, distinctive taste (more PG for sure than WOW) i prefer WOW since some of the flavors in premium just seem either too high powered or just entirely different from WOW (which as Morandir mentioned the flavors/recipe seem to be totally different)
My premium smilin carts taste like wintergreen (yuck). My smilin wow juice is more minty/coffee with some menthol but no wintergreen. I wonder if the premium juice tastes like wintergreen or not?
They are different recipes. Some will like one....some the other.

Yes, exactly this. Great comparison M! I don't care for the WOW, but the premium is probably my favorite flavor overall. So....Wader, any idea when some 18mg juice will come in for it?? I love Spearmint in the meantime, but I need to get my Smilin again!
The Scootness sir, have yet to meet anyone who loves both. It seems people are either a fan of the wow version, or the premium.... 
Thanks for your feedback guy's, I actually just talked to Steve, and he said that soon the wow will taste like the premium, but he said the tastes are a little different, so I am hoping that my order will not go over too bad (I had to order wow)
