Wrong adapter

I just received an order for my mother. A Protege full kit w/ 901 adapter. When I got it the 901 atty would not screw on to the adapter. The threads on the adapter are too big. What atty fits that adapter? Or are the threads just made wrong? I want to cry...My 71yr old mom is flying home Saturday. I could kick myself in the .... for not ordering this sooner for when she arrived.

If the adaptor is too big the odds are it's an 801 atomizer you should look for.

Ugh ..thats one I dont have. Thanks for the reply..Hopefully They will fix this for me. I have too much stock on kr carts and 901 attys to give my mom.

Jewls, is there a hole drilled into the center post of the adapter? Did you get my response to your ticket?

Sry about all the e-mails..No there is not a hole that i can see. Ok..it is a wrong adapter...no hole..I just compaired it to the 901 adapter I have for my V2..it has a hole this does not.

Just to let you know I placed an order late last night for a new switch for my V2. If you have not sent that out ..just send the adapter to me ...I will mail it back out to my mom..I want to make sure it all works for her.

I have this same problem, kinda, ordered 20 penstyle atomizers, same ones i've always ordered from PS. And, so far, only one of them will screw onto the same adaptors i've always used. And that one took a long time to fiddle with.

Like you said, the threads seem to be too big, except for me it's the threads on the new atomizers that are too big, the atomizers themselves are identical to my old ones, except for the threads, it seems.

I'll test them all out after work, perhaps one of the 4 boxes of atomizers i got are the right kind, since one did kinda work.
