What's the purpose of this? Wouldn't a PM have gotten faster results since posts could get lost pretty quickly in a forum this active with members?
I just don't understand why there's a fascination with creating posts like this that just clutter the boards here.
In general, if I can make a post....
saying "i got the wrong carts" in a thread isn't going to do much.
Emailing customer service...now THAT is how you get shizzzz done.

above god, hopefully you are happy with the prompt response through this forum, as I am very happy with the CS (but through emails).

Well I'm feeling antsy and since I'm just a old lady, I DO have a problem with this post. The OP has on numerous occasions made 'pity me' posts, but what gets me is your 'user name'. I don't even consider myself a practising Christian, but anybody that names themselves 'Above God' to me is very insulting to a lot of people that do take Christianity seriously.
'God' forbid I slam Allah or Buddha on this forum.
Yeah I know it's a free Country, so I can say what I want too!

Almost half of us come here to find/post useful info. A lot of others come here to get support/chat with their online family. Do you really want the forums to get even more filled up with 'wah wah i'm not getting attention fast enough and am too special to wait in line' threads? Is it too much to expect people to use the established methods of getting cs problems solved?

I know ya'll stay very busy so I'm suprised all my CS emails have been responded to at the most within 24 hrs and usually not even that long! I wish all companies I deal with respond as quickly--so--V4L, thanks for making all my wishes come true!
