I ordered a Splitfire tank, smoked tubes for it, and extra coils towards the end of last month. I was sent the wrong tank but the other parts were as ordered so I opened a ticket and had the tank sent back to get my right order. I had mailed out the tank on 11/1 and still no tank? i've tried to get this worked out over the ticket and was told by Max Wood that he'd check on the status of it. that message reply was sent on 11/7. Since i had not gotten anything substantial to satisfy my frustration, i decided to PM dan about it as Max said to send the tank to him and that I would get a new one sent by him. The PM to dan was sent on 11/7 and still no reply? I'm becoming more and more upset about it as both ticket and dan have not replied back to me about anything in the last 5 days. I can understand that the peeps at GV can be busy these days but i'm sure there are some who would be pretty frustrated knowing you have extras for a tank that you don't even have. Even then, it's extremely frustrating when you feel like you're being ignored on two points of contact. Recieved package originally at 10/26, sent out 11/1 and no tank as of 11/12. I know i shouldn't be posting like this on the actual forum as I've never been one to do such a thing but this is pretty much my last attempt at getting the attention to problem so that this issue can be dealt with.
