Wrong order frustration...

I ordered a Splitfire tank, smoked tubes for it, and extra coils towards the end of last month. I was sent the wrong tank but the other parts were as ordered so I opened a ticket and had the tank sent back to get my right order. I had mailed out the tank on 11/1 and still no tank? i've tried to get this worked out over the ticket and was told by Max Wood that he'd check on the status of it. that message reply was sent on 11/7. Since i had not gotten anything substantial to satisfy my frustration, i decided to PM dan about it as Max said to send the tank to him and that I would get a new one sent by him. The PM to dan was sent on 11/7 and still no reply? I'm becoming more and more upset about it as both ticket and dan have not replied back to me about anything in the last 5 days. I can understand that the peeps at GV can be busy these days but i'm sure there are some who would be pretty frustrated knowing you have extras for a tank that you don't even have. Even then, it's extremely frustrating when you feel like you're being ignored on two points of contact. Recieved package originally at 10/26, sent out 11/1 and no tank as of 11/12. I know i shouldn't be posting like this on the actual forum as I've never been one to do such a thing but this is pretty much my last attempt at getting the attention to problem so that this issue can be dealt with.

You have giving them 2 day to have mail to you, not 5. Saturday and Sunday don't count? Also today is a holiday so the US PO in not moving. Then there's the fact your on a island? May be the reason for the wait.. :vapor: IMO contact max on wed (if it's a no show), your package should be in route.. Let the boys catch up.....

I was told by max that I would be getting a tracking number by email when it gets sent out. it takes 3-4 days max to be delivered from texas to hawaii. assuming that the return was delivered by the 7th or 8th (as i sent it at the post office on the 1st), I should have at least gotten a tracking number sometime between the 9th to this morning (time difference and usual time from order to shipped). If i'm following what max said, it would mean that it hasn't been shipped yet. also yes, i considered election day and veterans day. its not so much the travel time to me, it's more of when i'll be getting a tracking number or even a notification of whether it was sent out or not. I'm a really patient guy (never look at tracking updates on my order) normally, especially if i've got some kind of confirmation on whether it was sent or not, but it's really hard to be patient when i'm kept in the dark. I do understand they are busy. I'm just venting frustration.

On the flip side, Gotvapes is the ONLY place i shop for vape stuffs. I'm extremely thankful for them because they have given me the best vape i've ever had. Once this issue is solved, GV will still be my only vaping store. Even though i'm not as active on the forums GV.com is still in my top 5 most frequented sites (which actually means a lot in my world LOL).
